9 months!

Yesterday was our 9 month anniversary. Here is what we did.

We went to my favorite place to eat WINGERS! I know it is sad taht this is my favorite place but i love their amazing sauce.

Then we went to the Nicklecade and had a great time. I love arcades. Jordan got a slinky and a popperupper (I don't know what it is called) This is a wonderful picture of Jordan with his prizes :)

I got this adorable little stuffed puppy. Jordan keeps asking me what I want for Christmas and I said a puppy that looks like this. He doesn't like that idea, but ONE DAY i will get a cute little puppy :)

Birthday and Cougars!

It was my grandma's 91st Birthday Party a few weeks ago. We went to Wallabies in Lindon for lunch and then headed to the BYU game.

MicKlane was lucky enough to come to the game with us. MicKlane is a HUGE BYU fan, especially now that he has Jordan as a brother-in-law. It was really hot, but he had a great time.

Here is another picture of me and Jordan at a BYU game. We love having season tickets . I am wearing Jordan's new hat, I love it :)

A few people have asked us if we got the management position at the apartment complex. Well we didn't, but after the interview we really didn't want it because they said that they can't guarantee that we would be able to stay in December. So even if they would have offered us the job, we didn't think that we were going to take it.

I'm ADDICTED

Okay, I'll admit. I'm addicted to these chips. They are sent from Heaven. A few weeks ago we had a party at our house for the BYU away game. My friend Ryan brought them with creamy salsa. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM.

Last night we went grocery shopping and we bought some. Man I want to eat all of them. I am pacing myself so they will last for a longer time.

If any of you haven't had these chips you have gotta go get them. They are on sale for like $2.79 at Albertsons. Then you've gotta make the creamy salsa. Just add a little sour cream to salsa and ENJOY!

State Fair

Well a while back I won State Fair Tickets on the radio. We decided to go last night. Here are a few pictures of the State Fair. I personally am not a big fan, but it was still fun to go with our friends.

This pig was HUGE. I have never seen a pig this big. Jordan says he easily weighed over 1,000 pounds. PORK?

This is a horrible picture of me, but we had to do it :)

This is a video of a man at the fair that I personally think is crazy. He is just playing with like 6 tigers. Yes it is his job and they are tame, but I personally think HE'S CRAZY!

WE OWN IT! :)

So I wanted to take a picture with my new camera, so I did of our car. This car is officially ours. ALL PAID FOR AND IN OUR NAMES :) I was excited to finally get this taken care of.

My new hobby!

So the other day we went to the mall and fell in love with the little girl bracelets. I was shocked by the price though. They were like $5. So, since I find myself bored a lot I decided that I should make some and sale them to people who aren't willing to spend $5 on one bracelet, like me.

I have sold quite a few already but I thought I would make a blog with the different options people have. I am selling them for $2 each.

If any of you know any one who is expecting a little girl, let them know that I am selling these and have them check out my other blog. My blog address is: http://affordablebabybracelets.blogspot.com/

Thanks

Hoping! :)

Today Jordan and I had an interview for a assistant manager position for a really nice apartment complex up here. We will save some money on rent each month and then work in the office as well. I don't know if we got it, but I am hoping we do. They are so nice and I would really like to have a 4 bedroom apartment. I would actually have a room for my stuff (scrapbook, piano, sewing machine, etc.) We feel pretty good about the interview, but who knows. . maybe we aren't supposed to get it and stay in the house we are in now.

Ever since I have know Jordan, he has been so positive and helps me think positively. Lately I have been worried about a few things, and I think Jordan is catching on to me, I now know that no matter what happens it is supposed to happen for a reason. It makes life so much better. My whole life I have know this but never really believed it, but it is SO true.

For example, in February of this past year I was offered a job at Convergys. I was working at another job and was getting promoted to a team lead where I would be making $2 more an hour then I would at Convergys. I really wanted to keep my job because it had the same benefits and would pay more, which ends up being more in savings. :) Well, Jordan and I prayed about this situation and went to the temple. We both knew exactly what I should do, work at Convergys. I had a hard time with this, but I knew that is what I was supposed to do. So I have now been working at Convergys since the end of February and love it. About 2 months ago, I found out that my old job actually went out of business and they didn't even give the workers a notice. One Friday they gave them their checks and sent them home for good. If it weren't for the power of prayer and the spirit and my wonderful hubby telling me that things happen for a reason, I would have been unemployed for a short while, which would have been not good.

I just want to thank Jordan for helping realize that, YES!, things do happen for a reason.

New Camera! :)

So I have been wanting a new digital camera that is SMALL. I want it small so that I can put it in my pocket or so it doesn't take up half my purse. The other night we were flipping through the channels. On HSN, this camera was their deal of the day. I was so excited. So we got it for a really good deal. It has the following features.
* Sharp pictures meet sharp style
* 10.2 MP for prints up to 30 x 40 in. (76 x 102 cm)
* 3x Optical zoom lens
* Image stabilization and blur reduction technology
* HD picture capture
* Li-Ion battery and AC adapter for charging
* Face detection technology

I got the camera today. I have been playing with it for a little while and I am quite excited. It also has the panoramic feature. I am sure I will find more and more great things about this camera.

Thanks to Jordan for letting me get it. I wanted it SO badly but couldn't put myself to buying it, but we did. Thanks Jordo :)

BYU Football

We went to the first BYU football game on Saturday with Jordan's parents and sister Anna. It was really hot but we had a good time.

I thought it would be fun to compare the first football game last year with this years first football game.

Below is the picture of our first BYU football game together, September 1, 2007. Jordan and I had known each other for less than a month. Fun times :)

This second picture is of us this past Saturday.
