Outnumbered.

Come April, I'm going to be outnumbered 3-1!!
This pregnancy has been totally different than Mikah's. I was convinced it was a girl. I was wrong - Jordan was right. We are all very excited to add another boy to the family. Mikah is a little confused, but I think he understands it a little... A few things he has done since we told him.

We asked him what he wanted to name him. He said, "Mikah, I want 2 Mikah's."

He was upset one day and said "I don't want a baby brother, I want a dog..." I hope that changes when he arrives :) because I'm not going to be getting him a dog.

Last night, the baby was kicking me a lot. I told Jordan and Mikah overheard me. He decided that if the baby could kick mommy, he could. So he came up to me and kicked me in the shin. We explained how the baby kicks really soft and that he can't kick me. He was confused.

I am showing A LOT more than I did with Mikah. This is me at 20, 24 and 28 weeks with Mikah. I look about like I did at 28 with Mikah....crazy! It will be interesting to see how big I get this time. I hope this one doesn't end up being a big one - I enjoyed my 6lb baby last time :)
I'm 20 weeks. My due date is April 20th. When we went in at 18 weeks to find out the sex, the baby was measuring 18 weeks and 5 days - so either my date is off or my baby is just big.

Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we had the entire Potter Family with us! It was wonderful, but too short. Thanksgiving day started with some good ole Football. I don't know who decided 7:30AM was a good time, but I went to cheer them on and watch Mikah and Lily. It was fun to watch. It was the Potters vs. the rest of our ward. We came out with the win, but it was a close game. Here are a few pictures.
Josh, Cari, Jordan and I were in charge of the Thanksgiving dinner. I think everything turned out really well. We ended up having SO many leftovers and still trying to figure out what to do with them. Here are a few pictures.
Here is Mikah enjoying his dinner. He was loving the ham and that is all he really wanted.
The yummy desserts :) Cari made 4 pies - 2 of them are not pictures
(blueberry and an apple pie)
We were able to get a family picture! I'm working on picking and editing a few. I will post them soon.

Hammering....

Yesterday, we went to Lowe's and Mikah was able to build a little Santa Sleigh. He absolutley loved it! He loved using the hammer. This is the second time he has gone. Last time he made a monster truck around Halloween. Jordan is such a great dad and takes him to fun stuff like this :) Sadly, I only had my phone camera - which is horrible - but I was able to get a few pictures!

Here is the finished product! :) I love him in the little apron.

Six Flags

We went to Six Flags this past Saturday. We had some free passes that we needed to use. Sadly we didn't stay long, but Mikah had a great time although he didn't feel well. We took Mikah on the log ride. He really like the "big kid ride" and got really wet. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the picture they took on the last drop. Mikah's face was priceless - he was so scared. Haha. We went on a lot of rides with Mikah and then Jordan was able to go on on roller coaster.

11-11-11 at 11:11 :)

We had to get a picture of Mikah on 11/11/11 at 11:11. I totally forgot to do it at 11:11 AM, so I was letting him stay up until 11:11 PM, and Cari suggested just changing the time on the clock. Why didn't I think of that earlier ;)

Funny....

Mikah says the funniest things... I'm going to keep track on this post so I don't forget. I'm going to try and add them when he says them :)

- This morning, we had french toast for breakfast. Our syrup was pretty much gone, so I put it on the lid so I could get the last of it. Mikah was really upset and said "Mom don't put it on it's head, put it on it's bum!"
